21 day Carbonic Maceration on 50% Trousseau Gris (Omero Vineyard) and 50% Pinot Gris (Mason Ridge Vineyard), which were co-fermented. After three days of foot-treading, fruit was pressed and sent directly into old Chardonnay barrels for 12 months. Unfined and unfiltered, fans of Northern Italian orange wines will find a lot to love in this, my favorite wine of 2017.
