Not your typical Tempranillo! More like something from the Jura due to a seven day carbonic maceration on 94% Tempranillo and 6% Teroldego from the John Armstrong vineyard in the Willamette Valley. Pressed directly into neutral wood and racked together for bottling with very low SO2 prior to bottling, no fining or filtration. Very light, and chillable.
